Terms of Use

These terms describe what LBBAIK does today, what it does not do, and what we each expect of the other.

What LBBAIK is

LBBAIK is an independent planning and comparison platform for pilgrimage and travel to the Holy Cities and Saudi Arabia. You can build a journey, compare options from travel partners, save what you like, and organise everything in one place.

What LBBAIK is not

LBBAIK is not an airline, hotel, transport operator, tour operator, insurer or travel agency. It does not sell tickets, issue policies, take payment for travel, obtain visas or permits, or confirm anyone’s eligibility to travel.

Where a booking is possible, it happens on the travel partner’s own website under that partner’s terms. Your contract for the travel itself is with them.

Accuracy of what you see

Prices, availability and travel information come from partners and official sources and can change at any moment. We label where information comes from and when we last saw it. Always confirm the final price and conditions with the partner before you pay.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the accuracy of what you enter about yourself and your fellow travellers. You may only add another traveller’s details if they are happy for you to do so.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or misuse the platform, impersonate another person or provider, or use LBBAIK for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

LBBAIK is provided as it is. We take care with what we publish, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, cancellations or service of any travel partner, nor for decisions you take based on information you have not confirmed with the official source.

Changes and contact

As LBBAIK grows, these terms will be updated and the change will be visible here. If anything is unclear, please reach us through the contact page.

LBBAIK is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Saudi government, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, or Nusuk.
