Marketplace terms
These terms apply to providers who list on LBBAIK and to travellers who request offers from them.
LBBAIK's role
LBBAIK introduces travellers to pilgrimage providers. Any package, service or agreement is between the traveller and the provider. LBBAIK is not the seller, organiser or guarantor of the travel.
Before a provider can publish
A provider must be reviewed and approved before any listing becomes visible. Nothing is published automatically, and unapproved providers do not receive traveller requests.
What providers must do
Describe packages accurately, state clearly what is and is not included, honour published prices and cancellation terms, respond to requests honestly, and never claim official or government endorsement they do not hold.
Requests and offers
When you request a journey, matched providers see only the details needed to prepare an offer. Offers are versioned and can expire; an offer is a proposal, not a confirmed booking, until you and the provider agree directly.
Ranking and sponsorship
Results are ordered on how well they match what you asked for. Commission does not change that order. Sponsored placements are labelled and shown separately.
Removal
LBBAIK may suspend or remove a provider or listing that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful or repeatedly unresponsive to travellers.
LBBAIK is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Saudi government, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, or Nusuk.
